Handpicked by my department chair on using generative AI to convert existing Blackboard courses into RisePoint format. The bottleneck is RisePoint format design document: A full course specification that takes faculty 30 - 50 hours to build by hand from an already finished course. Like drawing architectural plans for a building that's already standing. Our Goal: A finished course goes in, a RisePoint design document comes out, cutting efforts to 2-4 hours.
